Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Pack your tool securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or RYOBI service center.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement tool will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
